As photographers, we need to explore our natural environment, the places we visit during holidays or on assignments, and the landscapes that fascinate us. The various niches of the world we live in offer unique opportunities for stunning images – we simply need to stay open so that we can see and experience uniqueness in the mundane. Ethiopia, home to 70% of mountains that dot the African continent, boasts of rich culture. Also known as the ‘Cradle of Mankind,’ the country has as many as 9 UNESCO World Heritage sites. Many vibrant, colorful festivals mark the social calendar of most Ethiopians and they seize these opportunities to don ceremonial robes and participate in celebrations. The country offers diverse forms of native cuisine that tickle the taste buds of food enthusiasts and tourists alike!
